I love music and the 80s and 90s were great, but let's take off the nostalgia glasses for a moment and face a brutal reality, we are the generation that are now starting to notice changes in our own parents and navigate the world of elderly care where the children now become the responsible care givers or arrange the care givers.

The generations that raised us on these incredible pop tracks are now ageing into a broken system. Our political leaders for years have actively chosen to ignore a catastrophic looming crisis in social care, leaving families drowning in bureaucracy and astronomical private fees just to secure basic human dignity.

On this show, I will be exposing the politics behind this neglect because starving social care of funding isn’t just a failure of this government it has been neglected by the previous governments too but it is a direct threat to our tomorrow. Now some people are fighting back and starting to use their voice because the care system we fail to fix today is the exact same crumbling safety net our own generation will crash into tomorrow when our own music stops.

I will also address the voices I hear around the country who all say the same thing, they are fed up of being ignored and labelled. We can agree to disagree but nothing gets achieved by shouting over eachother and you never know what someone is going through.
